Virtual Counseling is an extension of our customer support network. This service
extension is available to our enterprise and other projects customers.
From the home page of this website, a customer can login and access several
account specific services including Virtual Counseling.
The Virtual Counsel service is web based and allows the customer to interactively
communicate and chat in real time with the project coordinator at Microvac.
They can conduct discussions privately or may also invite specialists from other
departments at Microvac to join for group discussion in a conference mode. This
helps in maintaining a constant liaison with the customer during the project
development, design, implementation and operation phase and serves as a dynamic
medium for minimizing gaps, improving realization and enhancing customer satisfaction.
