E-Training forms a very important part of our customer care program. We believe that a customer with adequate understanding of the products and services being used by him goes a long way in ensuring a higher productive utilization and hence a higher level of satisfaction which in turn results in enhanced customer trust, loyalty and retention.

Our E-Training program features several ongoing web based service and product demonstrations and presentations. Interactive tutorials are conducted on the web and several informative article and notes are made available for download from time to time.

Audio webcast channels are available which allow customers to listen to tutorial lectures, proceedings of seminars, etc. In the not too distant future, we intend to add video webcast channels to further enhance our E-Training network.
