network. Customer support and service is provided through various platforms
including telephone and the world wide web.
Tele support network -- Our customer care officers are accessible through telephone around the clock. All our application services users as well as enterprise clients can utilize this service for quick and easy guidance and solutions for rectification of problems of routine nature. The tele support network also logs complaints of all kinds and forwards them to the concerned departments for prompt action and redressal.
E-mail support network -- The Customer care department also assists customers through E-mail and functions almost like our Tele support network. This is more suitable for long distance and overseas customers.
Web based interactive support -- A 24x7 web based interactive support forum is available to all our customers and service users. All our Application Services web sites feature real-time interactive customer support. Users and subscribers can chat online with our customer care officers to sort out problems on-the-fly.
VoIP speech interactive network -- This customer care service extension will be implemented soon and will be available around the clock. With the commissioning of the Voice Over IP (VoIP) support system, even our overseas customers will be able to cost-effectively avail our user friendly real time voice based speech interactive customer support over the Internet and around the clock.
